In the competition, which will take place at the Jerez institution on October 15, 16, 17 and 18, 75 pairs from different Spanish provinces participate.
The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art (REAAE), a foundation dependent on the Ministry of Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, will host the XIV Cup on Thursday 15, Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October of the King of Doma Vaquera.
Today the presentation of his poster took place at the Recreo de las Cadenas Palace of the Foundation, an act in which the Managing Director of the entity, Jorge Ramos, was accompanied by the Government Delegate of the Board of Andalusia in Cádiz, Ana Mestre, the Territorial Delegate for Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration in Cádiz, Miguel Rodríguez, the Provincial Deputy and member of the Board of Trustees, Isabel Gallardo and by the Third Deputy Mayor of the Jerez City Council, Francisco Camas.
The Delegate of Tourism, Miguel Rodríguez, highlighted “the image more vivid than ever offered by the Royal School and the extraordinary facilities that are going to be put at the service of users who are coming to Jerez this weekend.” Likewise, he has made mention of the “sponsorship of this Ministry betting on the commitment as far as the equestrian world is concerned”.
In this competition, 75 pairs from all the provinces of Andalusia will participate, in addition to those of Extremadura, Valencia, Murcia, the Canary Islands, Castilla León and Castilla La Mancha. A French rider and several former students will also compete.
The capacity, which will be limited to comply with the prevention measures against COVID-19, will be reduced to 450 people in the indoor arena and 500 people in the outdoor arena, where two screens will be installed to follow the Championship live.
